Hello Friends,
While hunting for a new full-time job, I have taken a bartending shift at Blu Ultralounge & Nightclub. You know how it goes, I need variety in my life. I will be mixing up the MADNESS, once a week, beginning at 7:30pm, Wednesday, June 6, 2006 and then pouring you all out into the streets just before 2am. Please come down and have a drink!
BLU Ultralounge & Nightclub is located at 105 Water Street, Worcester, MA.

| Skinny on the inside!! |

That's right ladies and gentleman, while I was having my appendix removed on Tuesday the surgeon noted that I am "skinny inside." While the Gastric Bypass Surgery (GBS) has paid off and I am now a 42 inch waist, rather than the 68 inch waist that I was in the past, I am also notably skinny on the insides. Dr. Wong, the surgeon who took very good care in removing my appendix with no complications to date and nearly the same exact nursing staff, who took care of me following my GBS were wonderful. The cool thing is that many of them really didn't recognize me...Kelly, the PCA and Sue, the RN who were instrumental in getting my through my worst night in May, 2005, both mentioned that they don't get to see the patients again. I was so happy to have them there. They really take their jobs seriously and are very focused on patient care.
Thank you Dr. Wong and all of the staff at UMASS Memorial, Memorial Campus on Belmont Street. You made me second stay on West 3, satisfying and very comfortable. Kudos to all of you! |

 So Friends! LOVE is the key word the last few months! I am just loving life! Whether it be time with my friends, work, time alone...it's all just lovely! I hope that you are having a lovely time no matter what you are doing!
These pictures were taken while I was on vacation in Ogunquit with the boys! These three gents are my Crazy Cronies, who make up the  Dinner Club at the Colonial Restaurant. Our friend John (below pink shirt with really really long hair.), was beyond kind with his invitation to join him and share his condo. We had a great time. The brown patterned shirt, standing with me is Ted and Tom(The photographer.) is sitting in front of me! We always have a great time together! The four of us truly share plenty of laughs!
We went to a wedding rehearsal dinner (Friday) and wedding (Saturday). So much fun! The wedding took place at the Lord Thompson Manor - click the link. The facility is absolutely perfect! Our friends Robbie and Stephen were married. Everything was just awesome!

Hi Friends,
This coming week is MS Awareness Week! This is important because two of my good friends, Penny and Kraig, are living with MS every day! Both highly productive members of our society, they trudge along, smiling all the time, in pain and constant battle with fatigue!
Please consider doing something about this, whether it be that you smile at a person struggling to walk down the street, buy a MS Band of Hope or make a small donation to help find relief or a cure.
